Netflix has announced today Its All Over: The Kiss That Changed Spanish Football, its new documentary film produced by You First Originals, which will premiere worldwide on November 1st.
The documentary film features never-before-seen statements from the players who not only won the biggest football championship in the world, but also marked a turning point for womens sports globally. Key figures like Jenni Hermoso, Alexia Putellas, Irene Paredes, Aitana Bonmat , Olga Carmona, Teresa Abelleira, Ivana Andr s, Laia Codina, Sandra Pa os, and Lola Gallardo reveal previously unknown details and analyze the key aspects of the social movement that captured global attention after Spains victory in the 2023 Womens World Cup. Its All Over: The Kiss That Changed Spanish Football is also a story about unity and friendship, a reflection on the concept of a team and its significance beyond personal goals.
Through an emotional journey that begins in 2022, this documentary explores the extraordinary path the players took to win the most difficult Cup and lay the foundations for a new generation of football. It is a testament to the struggles, efforts, and sacrifices behind this sporting feat, and a tribute to the women who are revolutionizing the sport both on and off the field.
This is an audiovisual project by You First Originals, directed by Joanna Pardos, who explains that "the players recount their experiences they have lived over the past year from a place theyve never spoken from before. Its the first time theyre discussing this for many of them. Its a privilege to have such personal testimonies of a milestone that has marked a before and after in the sports and social history of our country."
Executive co-producers, Javier Mart nez and Luis Miguel Calvo, add that "this is the story of how a group of exceptional women not only transformed the sport they love but also challenged and changed social perceptions and structures, inspiring future generations to fight for equality and recognition. It is a chronicle of resilience, passion, and triumph in the face of adversity, marking a milestone in the fight for equality in sports and society."

Jenni Hermoso, Alexia Putellas, Irene Paredes, and Aitana Bonmat , among others, meet for the first time to relive and speak exclusively about how, after years of injustice, an inappropriate kiss sparked a national debate, high-level dismissals, and forever changed Spanish womens football. Its All Over: The Kiss That Changed Spanish Football tells the story, in the first person, of the scandal that overshadowed the Spanish womens football teams victory in the 2023 World Cup.
