Demonstrations at stand 1-M45 will showcase the ability to deliver 4K UHD content in a multi-display environment, and provide a seamless transport of A/V over a local area network.
One demonstration will feature a retail-oriented display wall, utilizing Gefen Toolbox 4K Ultra HD 1:8 Splitters to deliver 4K content to eight layers of UHD displays, providing a cost effective solution to merchants wanting to upgrade their in-store experience.
For electronic stores and mass retailers around the world, this provides a unique, cost effective, plug and play solution that allows a tiered cascade of up to ten 4K UHD-capable displays, allowing stunning 4K content to be seen across their vast span of video walls, explained Tony Dowzall, President, Gefen.
Gefen's popular Mark V' racing simulator will also be available, allowing attendees to experience live racing complete with speed assisted effects. Gefen's 4K Ultra HD ELR-POL Extender w/RS-232, Ethernet and IR will deliver stunning 4K 60Hz content to enhance the visual experience. The GefenTV Wireless for HDMI 60GHz will beam scores in real-time to the scoreboard after each race and a Gefen Cup' will be awarded daily for the fastest lap.
Gefen's new Syner-G software suite will also be featured. This complete package allows integrators to immediately discover, control, monitor, manage and upgrade Gefen products. Advanced EDID management tools, IP discovery and configuration, automated firmware updates and advanced product configuration are just a few of the options it offers.
Gefen Syner-G software basically combines the world's best EDID manager with tools for IP discovery, software configuration and firmware updates into a single seamless package, bringing a new standard in video management to the AV and IT professional, added Tony Dowzall, President, Gefen.
Another 4K Ultra HD wall will feature the entire suite of Gefen's UHD solutions, including the debut of the Gefen 4K Ultra HD 8x8 Matrix for HDMI. This joins the existing line-up of matrix switchers, switchers, splitters and extension solutions for 4K UHD.
Additional products debuting at ISE include new HDBaseT 2.0 extenders, offering an expanded distance of 50 meters over existing solutions, and A/V over IP control options, enabling access and control of most Gefen products using any web-enabled device for the ultimate in mobility.
