Technicolor grows Nordic distribution network with new partnership 6 November 2012

Paris (France) & London (United Kingdom) 6 November 2012 Technicolor (Euronext Paris: TCH) confirmed today their partnership with digital cinema software firm Unique Digital Ltd which provides it with in-country drive replication and electronic distribution capabilities in Norway.
The new partnership agreement enables Technicolor to offer the market a complete service for distribution using Unique Digital's established Nordic network.
Unique Digital has a well-established digital network, which Technicolor will offer to its clients to distribute features and trailers in Norway. We can also offer in-country replication in Norway as a result of this deal, comments Claude Gagnon, President Creative Services, Technicolor Worldwide. At Technicolor, we are always looking for new ways to improve the efficiency of our service to the industry, through innovation or partnership deals, such as this one with Unique Digital. Technicolor provides its clients the benefit of working with a single vendor to manage worldwide releases without the need to manage multiple providers across the globe.

Technicolor offers its customers a set of services including digital cinema content mastering and distribution. Leveraging a hybrid distribution platform comprised of leading physical and electronic distribution mediums, including key management to ensure the security and reliable delivery of content to movie theatres, Technicolor delivers its customers' content to digital cinema sites worldwide, with conversion estimated at 70% by year end 2012. Technicolor continues to seek opportunities to grow its digital cinema distribution footprint both organically as well as through partnerships with leading distribution providers in various markets.
