The Bhengu babies and Sibongile are still very sick. MaNdlovu reveals to the family that Khemisi is the cause. Tempers flare when Zithulele and Nokuzola confront Khemisi. Sebenzile's secret is finally revealed to Phakade, much to her despair.

Next on Imbewu Nokuzola and Zithulele consider taking Sibongile and Nozi home, and Nkululeko denies being involved in any witchcraft. Sebenzile tries to reach out to Khanyo, but Khanyo supports her father. Things escalate as the babies, along with Sibongile and Buhle, get worse.
