
TVE premiered at the San Sebastian Festival Passion of the Prado in 4K Hispasat y Abertis patrocinan la primera producci n en Ultra Alta Definici n de TVE en un proyecto que ha contado con la colaboraci n de Sony, Apuntolapospo y Ovide.
Los Cines Pr ncipe de la capital donostiarra han acogido este jueves en el marco del Festival de San Sebasti n el estreno de La pasi n del Prado, una producci n de TVE que recorre en 4K las mejores obras del Museo del Prado-
A la presentaci n han asistido el director de la pinacoteca, Miguel Zugaza; el presidente de RTVE, Leopoldo Gonz lez-Echenique; el director de TVE, Ignacio Corrales, y por parte del equipo t cnico del documental, Juan Carlos Gonz lez, Jos Morillas y Alberto de Prada.
En el acto, Ignacio Corrales ha se alado que RTVE se siente muy orgullosa de este tipo de proyectos e iniciativas que van un poco por delante de la realidad del mercado desde el punto de vista de innovaci n y tecnol gico . El realizador de La pasi n del Prado', Juan Carlos Gonz lez, ha explicado que esta nueva tecnolog a se va a imponer ya. Una calidad de color que permite que el 4K se asemeje al ojo humano . Seg n Gonz lez, con proyectos as , se hace m s que programas de televisi n, se lleva la imagen de Espa a fuera de nuestras fronteras .
Jos Morillas, guionista, ha insistido en esta idea y ha se alado que este proyecto ha situado a RTVE en una situaci n de privilegio dentro del broadcasting internacional y sto tambi n es Marca Espa a. Estamos siendo vanguardia con estos productos , ha explicado sobre la primera producci n de Espa a en 4K y una de las primeras de Europa. Alberto de Prada, del Fondo Documental de TVE, ha a adido que para RTVE este ha sido un proyecto muy satisfactorio con un resultado muy esperanzador. Tenemos un nuevo formato de muy alta calidad que adem s no ha supuesto un coste adicional para RTVE, en el que han estado implicadas muchas partes de la Corporaci n .
400 obras maestras
Un equipo de TVE con c maras 4K ha recorrido las salas del Museo del Prado para acercar a los espectadores la magia y la luz de 400 obras maestras de las m s de 9.000 que atesora el Museo del Prado. El objetivo del documental es dar una visi n completa de la pinacoteca madrile a, mostrando la historia y creaci n del Museo y las distintas colecciones que en l se encuentran expuestas. El 4K permite una resoluci n que imita la realidad y ofrece gran calidad en la percepci n del color y las texturas, fundamental en la reproducci n de obras de arte.
Coproducido por TVE dentro de su apuesta permanente por la innovaci n tecnol gica, el documental se detiene a filmar las m s importantes escuelas de pintura y sus pintores m s representativos, relacion ndolos con el momento hist rico en el que se inscriben. Especial nfasis se muestra en aquellos artistas que integran La Pintura Espa ola.
Juan Carlos Gonz lez se ha hecho cargo de la realizaci n y Jos Morillas, del gui n de este proyecto, fruto de un convenio de colaboraci n entre la Corporaci n RTVE, el ministerio de Educaci n, Cultura y Deporte y el Real Patronato del Museo del Prado.
Hispasat y Abertis, que patrocinan la producci n del documental, han proporcionado los medios t cnicos necesarios para el desarrollo del proyecto, junto a la productora Apuntolapospo, a cargo de la edici n y postproducci n del documental, con los recursos de producci n, como la c mara Sony F65, de la compa a Ovide, que captur las im genes en 4K. TVE se ha hecho cargo de la organizaci n, producci n, direcci n y realizaci n de todo el proceso de grabaci n.
La televisi n de ultra alta definici n o 4K multiplica por cuatro el n mero de p xeles en la pantalla, es decir, la cantidad de informaci n que hay en cada imagen. De este modo, la resoluci n es cuatro veces superior a la alta definici n convencional. Se trata de una apuesta por la innovaci n y por un futuro en el cual el formato de imagen de cine pueda disfrutarse en casa.
RTVE impuls y lider a principios de este a o la producci n y la realizaci n en 4K de un corto sobre Barcelona que mostraba el urbanismo, la arquitectura singular y los entornos de la ciudad condal. Se exhibi en el Mobile World Congress que se celebr en Barcelona en febrero y supuso la primera prueba de transmisi n 4K v a TDT de Europa a trav s de la red de infraestructuras de Abertis Telecom. Fue una experiencia pionera cuya producci n se hizo tambi n con la colaboraci n de la UER (Uni n Europea de Radiodifusi n), Sony, Apuntolapospo y Ovide.
