NEW YORK - Guggenheim Partners, a global investment and advisory firm with more than $240 billion* in assets under management, announced today that it has named Gerald Donini and Mark Van Lith as Co-Chief Executive Officers of Guggenheim Securities, expanding the leadership in its investment banking and capital markets business. Guggenheim Securities has grown rapidly and, in a relatively short time, established itself as a trusted advisor to businesses worldwide, said Alan Schwartz, Executive Chairman of Guggenheim Partners and Chairman of Securities. Jerry's and Mark's shared client focus, their ability to collaborate productively, and their long track records of delivering results will allow us to build on the success of recent years and extend our growth for many more to come.

Mr. Donini joined Guggenheim in September 2014 from Barclays Capital, where he served as Chief Operating Officer of the bank's global corporate and investment banking business. He previously served as Global Head of Equities at Barclays and Lehman Brothers, serving on the Executive Committees of both firms.
Mr. Van Lith joined Guggenheim in October 2009 from J.P. Morgan, where he served as Co-Head of Media Investment Banking. Prior to that, he served as Head of Media Investment Banking at Bear Stearns.
