TeliaSonera has acquired own shares to cover commitments under the Long Term Incentive Program 2012/2015

TeliaSonera AB has today acquired 270,783 shares to an average price of SEK 51,7908. The number of Treasury shares held by the company is now 270,783. The shares are intended to be distributed to the participants in the Long Term Incentive Program 2012/2015 , by May 22, 2015, at the latest. The total amount of registered shares in TeliaSonera is 4,330,084,781, including the treasury shares.
