Astro customers can look forward to more high-quality local and international Tamil shows including an inspiring talk show, action-packed science-fiction thriller series and heart-warming family drama series premiering on TV, Astro GO and On Demand.

On the local front, all Astro customers can look forward to:

Inspiring talk show, PenGirl Rock premiering on 19 March on Astro Vaanavil HD (Ch 201), directed by award-winning local director, Ts. Dr. Vimala Perumal and produced by Denes Kumar, the duo behind hit local drama series Tamiletchumy' series. PenGirl Rock will showcase motivational stories from a line-up of various accomplished Malaysian women including a national badminton player, singer, lawyer, actress, activist, radio announcer and more. Guests include Datin Seri Manimala, Datuk Suseela Menon, Datin Sri Shaila Nair, Sangeeta Krishnasamy, Jacklyn Victor, and many more. These guests will also talk about the support systems that helped make their success a reality.

Sci-fi action thriller series, Mente, directed by renowned filmmaker Shalini Balasundaram premiering on 1 April on Astro Vinmeen HD (Ch 231). This gripping 22-episode series is produced by and stars versatile talent, Datin Sri Shaila Nair alongside C. Kumaresan and other popular local talents including Irfun Zaini, Yasmin Nadia, Saravanan, Kameesha, Murali and Devyanaa Hasan.

In addition, Chakravarthy Pack customers can enjoy Pudhu Pudhu Arthangal, a heart-warming family drama series premiering on 23 March on Zee Tamil HD (Ch 235). Pudhu Pudhu Arthangal reunites award-winning actress Devayani and Abhishek Shankar - the popular duo from long-running mega Tamil series, Kolangal' - after more than a decade.
