Scott Kelley Joins RTI as Vice President of Sales and Marketing

SHAKOPEE, Minn. - Nov. 13, 2014 - Remote Technologies Incorporated (RTI) is pleased to announce that Scott Kelley is joining the company as vice president of sales and marketing. In his new position, Kelley will be responsible for RTIs global sales and marketing organization, with a focus on growing RTI to the next level and driving increased brand awareness in the consumer and commercial markets. His extensive background in technology and engineering, coupled with his sales and marketing expertise, will allow Kelley to optimize the value chain by connecting with RTIs distributors, dealers, and end users, and incorporating their valuable feedback into the companys product roadmap.

Scott comes to us with extensive experience in sales and marketing management from major technology companies, said John Demskie, RTIs founder and CEO. With an impressive record of successful business development and a strong technical background, Scott has the key attributes RTI needs to take us to the next level. We are delighted to have him join the team.

Kelley previously held senior management positions in sales and marketing at 3M and Bose Corporation. His background in global sales management, strategic marketing, and business development includes international experience in Latin America, Asia, and Europe. In addition, he has earned Bachelor of Science and Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Minnesota.
