Viewers of The Wife think either actress Enhle Mbali or Nombatha Mbatha could replace Mbali Mavimbela as Hlomu Zulu in season three of the Showmax telenovela.

This is after entertainment commentator Phil Mphela announced on social media that the actress has exited the show and will be replaced after two seasons.

TV: Hlomu to be replaced.

WHO MIGHT PLAY THE NEXT HLOMU ZULU? Viewers also predict the fan-favourite actress Mbali Mavimbela, who's popularly known for playing Hlomu Zulu in The Wife fell pregnant while filming season two and will now be replaced. Fans think either Nomzamo Mbatha, Enhle Mbali, or Jessica Nkosi will be perfect replacements for the next season.

Mavimbela who is also known for her role as Nothile in Skeem Saam scored the leading role as Hlomu Zulu in season one and continued with the role in season two when actress Khanyi Mbau joined the show as the new leading lady Zandile in season two.

Fans of the actress also think the production company Stained Glass TV should cancel the show as it will be disastrous without her.
