Esta playlist recrea una historia con un toque de Spaghetti Western, y los oyentes pueden escuchar la historia de amor y desamor en los tracks entre canciones, con la voz de Christian.

Despu s de un par de canciones que ya han salido, qu pueden esperar tus fans del EP de AYAYAY!? Yo entr al estudio a grabar con la idea de sacar un disco completo. Claro que luego hubo un cambio de planes pero los fans me piden m sica y se las tengo que dar. As que vamos a darles un adelanto en el que van a encontrar un poco de salsa, cumbia, bolero, balada, incluso country y, por supuesto, ranchera.
Tus fans te conocen por el estilo mariache o y a ora llama la atenci n que te acerques al country, de d nde viene ese inter s? Estaba escuchando una playlist de Joan Sebastian, con algunas de sus canciones m s cl sicas y me sorprendi escuchar ra ces de m sica country. A partir de ese momento me dediqu a escuchar m s el g nero y decid que para el siguiente disco ten a que hacer una canci n con ese sonido. De ah surgi Se Me Olvid . Siempre me ha obsesionado la moda del country y tambi n es algo que quiero traer al Regional Mexicano con mi propio estilo.
En tus canciones m s recientes escuchamos m s humor en las letras. C mo llegaste a esta voz m s desenfadada? Lo que trat de hacer es apartarme de lo que se espera en el g nero. Quise usar un lenguaje m s real y divertido aunque no dejo del todo mi lado rom ntico. En Amor T xico quise conectar con la forma en la que mi generaci n entiende las relaciones amorosas. Muchas veces lo real es amar a alguien con sus virtudes y defectos.
De qu manera te ha ayudado Spotify para que m s fans descubran tu m sica? Spotify es una herramienta que le da el control al artista para saber en d nde est sonando.
Algo que me sorprendi mucho fue saber que escuchan mi m sica en Chile, Bolivia o Rep blica Dominicana, por ejemplo. Como artista, me sirve mucho que Spotify me permite saber en qu pa ses me escuchan, para saber a qu p blico puedo llegar. Despu s es un proceso de prueba y error para inventar cosas nuevas en el estudio.
Si en Puerto Rico les gusta la Salsa o en Colombia el Vallenato, lo que hago es hacer una Cumbia que se mezcle con alguno de estos g neros, sin dejar de lado mi origen de Regional Mexicano. De ah sali el ritmo de AYAYAY!
Qu artista est s escuchando ahora? Me gusta mucho la m sica de Ed Maverick. Ver a un chamaquito de 18 a os que se pone en su casa a grabar su disco y que te identificas con su m sica, sin importar en qu momento est s en tu vida. Siento un amor muy grande por los artistas que hacen m sica sin la expectativa de complacer a un p blico, sino porque les nace hacerlo. Me atrevo a decir que esa forma de decir las cosas como son fue algo que me inspir a escribir letras m s directas para este lbum.
