(arvato Systems) G tersloh - "Taking successful action - across all channels" is the motto for this years SAP Forum for Trade and Commerce on 6 and 7 July in the Congress Center Rosengarten in Mannheim. Arvato Systems, which will have its own stand, will be giving joint presentations with partners CAS and IOT on innovative omni-channel solutions as well as demonstrating an exciting demo showcase.

For retail and wholesale markets, networking of all distribution channels - i.e. omni-channel - will be absolutely essential for the future. Where different distribution channels are used in parallel, it is important that all points of interaction the customer comes in contact with merge seamlessly. The prerequisites for achieving this are efficient processes and cutting-edge software technologies. With this in mind, arvato Systems, CAS and IOT have entered into a strategic partnership to make these solutions available. The aim of this collaboration is to support commercial enterprises in their strategies, planning and implementation of customized omni-channel solutions. Efficient Omni-channel commerce on a live system

Together with CAS AG and IOT GmbH, the arvato Systems exhibition team will be carrying out, in particular, a real-time inventory and stock query across all channels. Using a Click & Collect scenario demonstrating a continuous reduction of inventory in stores via POS sales, visitors will see how a webshop utilizing SAP CAR has continuous access to current total holdings across all branches. In this way, the customer can order goods online, initiate a real-time stock query at his favorite branch, and then pick up the item or items at that location.
