Netflix Renews Breakout Family Favorite Single Papa for Season 2

After winning hearts across India and globally, Netflix's much-loved family comedy Single Papa has officially been renewed for a second season. Riding high on overwhelming audience love and a two-week streak in Netflix's Global Top 10 Non-English TV Shows, the series is all set to return with bigger emotions, louder laughs, and even more lovable chaos from the Gehlot household.

Headlined by Kunal Kemmu in his widely celebrated role as Gaurav Gehlot, Single Papa struck a powerful chord with viewers through its warm, honest, and often hilarious portrayal of a single father navigating parenthood, family dynamics, and the everyday absurdities of life. The show's nuanced exploration of modern versus traditional values and familial bonds resonated deeply, turning Gaurav's journey into one that felt personal, relatable, and deeply human.

Adding to its cultural impact, Single Papa was acknowledged by the Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA) of India for its sensitive and responsible depiction of the adoption process, positioning the series as a positive reference point for informed and ethical adoption practices.

The show's charm was further elevated by its stellar ensemble cast, including Prajakta Koli, Manoj Pahwa, Ayesha Raza, Neha Dhupia, Suhail Nayyar, Dayanand Shetty, Aisha Ahmed, Ankur Rathee and Isha Talwar, whose performances brought warmth, humour, and emotional depth to the Gehlots' world-making Single Papa a true family favourite.
