Sports venues are once again filling up with fans, but the return to this semblance of normalcy was paved through hardship and technological ingenuity. At a live virtual event that SVG hosted on May 26, a trio of in-venue professionals -Laura Johnson, Director of Game Day Presentation and Live Events, San Francisco 49ers; Dustin Lamendola, Director of Creative and Entertainment, San Jose Sharks; and Kyle Campbell, Director of Game Experience, New Orleans Pelicans and New Orleans Saints - highlighted how they overcame a myriad of circumstances to continue the production of content and videoboard shows.
How did the 49ers adjust to finishing the season in Arizona's State Farm Stadium?
How did the Sharks maintain a heavy flow of content while on the road for the first 12 games of the year?
How did Campbell handle the convergence of the Saints playoff schedule and the Pelicans regular season schedule?
