At CABSAT 2025, Interra Systems will highlight the latest advancements in its award-winning ORION suite, including a new, award-winning multiviewer feature that enables real-time visualization of multiple video and audio streams. This upgrade enhances quality control and workflow efficiency, allowing operators to quickly identify and resolve issues to maintain high broadcast integrity.

ORION-OTT continues to offer robust real-time monitoring for both linear and IP-based infrastructures, covering live and VOD assets. With flexible deployment options and broad format support, the solution now includes industry-first all-frame decoding and advanced analysis for critical channels dramatically improving video quality checks and playback assurance.

Additional updates across the ORION suite include support for RHEL 8.10, Rocky 8.10, Dolby Atmos, and IPv6. BATON 9.2 also aligns with ITU-R BT.1702-2023 PSE flash guidelines and introduces algorithm enhancements across QR code detection, freeze/duplicate frames, media offline, blockiness, defective pixels, video dropouts, burnt-in text, and shot transitions.

The solution's expanded format and feature support includes Sony 360 Reality Audio, LZW-compressed TIFFs, AV1 video, BW64 audio, 24-bit LPCM in MP4, and sidecar Dolby Vision metadata. BATON 9.2 also integrates the Whisper model for audio language identification.

Interra Systems has also made usability improvements to offer a streamlined installation process, new UI options with dark/light themes, a database manager tool, and more robust diagnostics and alerts.
