Lagard re Active announces the opening of the "ELLE Store" on ELLE.fr
A concept store now integrated into ELLE.fr Lagard re Active announces the launch of the ELLE Store, a virtual marketplace that offers shopping selections curated by ELLE.fr s fashion, beauty and lifestyle editors. The e-shop can be accessed from the navigation bar at ELLE.fr; the shop s products have also been woven into each section of the site. This integrated concept store is just one more way we re providing a wider range of content and services at ELLE.fr.
A carefully curated product selection The ELLE Store offers a range of premium products from over 350 French and international ready-to-wear and accessory brands, including Ath Vanessa Bruno, Balzac Paris, Nanushka, Mer du Nord, Tara Jarmon and more. This by no means complete selection also includes lifestyle brands specialising in beauty, home decor, paper goods, etc.
Says Constance Benqu , CEO of ELLE France & International, "The brands are joining us to increase the visibility of their collections while selling their products directly on the marketplace. It s also a way for the editorial team to illustrate emerging trends via a selection of products."
Lagard re Active is rolling out new marketplaces thanks to its acquisition of Shopcade The launch of an e-shop on ELLE.fr comes a few months after Lagard re Active s acquisition of Shopcade with the aim of developing new digital services for its communities.
Thanks to its expertise in e-commerce and content merchandising in particular, through the use of data and CRM activation, Shopcade is boosting customer engagement and our customer knowledge at ELLE.fr (women ages 25 to 49 make up 86% of the site s visitors; of those, 29.1% are from high socioeconomic groups).
For Corinne Denis, Lagard re Active s director of digital technology and revenue development, "The deployment of marketplaces in our brands consumer pages in line with editorial choices allows us to diversify our digital revenues and enrich our customer knowledge".
Another new marketplace, this time for the Public.fr website, is set to debut during the spring of 2018.
