Primestream to Showcase Products Integration at NAB 06

Primestream is showcasing its Dynamic Media Management solution together with partners at NAB 2016. Key to Primestream's strategy is the ability to integrate with best in class developers to deliver complete solutions for customer workflows. At this year's NAB, Primestream can be seen integrated with several major industry products.

Primestream solutions will be featured in a demonstration highlighting both an archival workflow and Aspera integration at the IBM booth located at #SL4910. We have recently completed three of four planned installations at a regional sports network including deep integration with IBM's Elastic Storage which, combined with our close integration with Aspera, gives us an opportunity to showcase a more complete solution with IBM, said David Schleifer, COO of Primestream. Allowing customers the freedom to make their own choices without compromise has been critical to our success.

The integration with Aspera allows for seamless transfer of critical files using IBM's world-class technology, while the integration with Elastic Storage provides reliable, scalable and high performance storage for the vitally important long-term preservation of assets in the archival process.

As a result of Primestream's work with Hitachi the company is able to show a complete file-based workflow at Hitachi's booth #C4309 in Central hall. Primestream will demonstrate how its Xchange product can manage a complete workflow from capture to production, management and delivery of assets on top of a Hitachi's Unified Compute Platform (UCP) and Hitachi Content Platform (HCP). The ability to handle real time workflows from SD to 4K is often dependent on the performance of the storage infrastructure we are relying on, added Schleifer. Our experience with Hitachi shows us that we can rely on their solutions in the most demanding of customer workflows.
