VSN, Harmonic and Teletec close their joint roadshow in Mexico with great succe

The companies jointly presented on the 30th of March at the cultural center Casa Lamm in Ciudad de Mexico the keys to maximize TV's workflows at most and extract the maximum profitability of content, thanks to the segmentation of audiences. The conference, which was offered twice in morning and afternoon sessions, was attended by 60 people. Under the title Maximize profitability by segmenting audiences , VSN, Harmonic and the local distributor Teletec explained through a practical workshop how the audiovisual consumption experience driven by audience segmentation can be an interesting business opportunity to extract new revenue from all the content that owns any television channel.

VSN's Sales Director for Americas, Roberto Duif, explained how the company's solutions were implemented within the end-to-end workflow.

The conference, moderated by the local distributor Teletec, offered a first approach to a case study jointly developed by the three partners and afterwards, presented a complete analysis of the workflow that was implemented and that currently allows an efficient articulation of all the solutions included in it. More specifically, the conference showed step-by-step how it was built up an end-to-end stream capable of segmenting audiences and comprising VSNCreaTV solution for traffic, Master Control Room VSNMulticom, VSNExplorer for media management and VSNBroadrec solution for legal copy, as well as Harmonic's transcoding, storage and video servers.
