Lipsync Post Works On Triplet Of Creative Arts Projects

LIPSYNCPost has recently completed post-production services on a triplet of art productions including exhibitions and post production documentary work featuring Steve McQueen, Banksy and Gregory Porter.

Steve McQueen, the visual artist and filmmaker responsible for Shameand 12 Years a Slave, presented his work End Creditsas part of an experimental five part exhibition Open Plan: Steve McQueenat the Whitney Museum of American Art in New York from 29 April to 14 May this year. End Creditspresents documents from the FBI file kept on Paul Robeson, the African-American performer.

LIPSYNC Post was delighted to be involved with the installation of Steve McQueen's feature, putting together fifteen hours of continuous video elements and audio recordings. The exhibition used the Museum's dramatic fifth floor space as a single open gallery, unobstructed by interior walls.

Continuing on the art theme, LIPSYNC Post provided post-production services on the recently released feature documentary The Banksy Job, which follows the infamous theft of street artist Banksy's sculpture in 2004 by the art terrorist' AK47. Produced by Christine Alderson and featuring AK47 himself, the film is described as a comedic recollection of the notorious criminal's state of mind rather than a representation of actual times and places.

Topping off the recent burst of creative art projects, LIPSYNC Post has also completed post-production work on a musical documentary feature about New York virtuoso vocalist and jazz musician, Gregory Porter. Gregory Porter: Don't forget your music,directed by Alfred George Bailey, is due to be released later this year.
