RTVE will emit the 18th and 19th seasons of Cu ntame C mo pas , la serie m s longeva y premiada de la televisi n espa ola. En las nuevas entregas, que comenzar n a rodarse a principios del pr ximo mes de septiembre, los Alc ntara continuar n su recorrido por la historia: por grandes acontecimientos y por hechos cotidianos, pero que han dejado una huella imborrable en el p blico.
Un recorrido que se reiniciar en 1985, y que reflejar la firma del Tratado de Adhesi n a la Comunidad Europea. Adem s, otros hechos como la visita de Ronald Reagan a Espa a o la primera huelga general contra un gobierno socialista, que paralizar la bodega Alc ntara Fern ndez y causar un agrio enfrentamiento familiar, ser n desarrollados en las tramas de la temporada 18 de la serie producida por RTVE en colaboraci n con Ganga, que en esta nueva entrega rodar algunas de sus secuencias fuera de Espa a.
Junto a estos acontecimientos, los peque os hechos de la vida cotidiana, como la llegada de los yuppies, el esplendor de los hipermercados, o la reacci n de la abuela Herminia ante el kiwi, una fruta que comienza a hacerse popular en las mesas espa olas en estos a os.
Aparte de la familia Alc ntara, los vecinos de San Genaro y la gente de Sagrillas, Cu ntame c mo pas ' contar esta temporada con nuevos personajes, como Carlota, directora de un Centro de Planificaci n Familiar municipal que abrir en el barrio, en el que se reflejar n algunos de los profundos cambios sufridos por la sociedad espa ola en los ochenta.
La intrahistoria de TVE estar tambi n reflejada a trav s de las im genes de archivo de programas como Si lo s no vengo', con Jordi Hurtado, y de periodistas como Felipe Mellizo, ngeles Caso y Concha Garc a Campoy. La llegada de la televisi n matinal y el fen meno de las telenovelas tambi n inspirar n algunos de los mejores momentos. Ignacio del Moral y Joaqu n Oristrell contin an al frente de los guiones.

El ltimo episodio, en el que los Alc ntara renovaron sus votos de casados 37 a os despu s, registr una media de m s de 3,5 millones de espectadores (19,2%). Casi 6 millones de personas siguieron en alg n momento el cap tulo.
Cu ntame C mo pas es la serie m s premiada del audiovisual espa ol. Desde 2001 ha recibido decenas de premios, entre los que destacan el I Premio Nacional de Televisi n (2009), dos Ondas, y varias decenas de la ATV (Academia de la Televisi n, actuales Premios Iris). Ha sido finalista en los Premios Emmy (2003 y 2005), varias veces premiada en los Festivales de Televisi n de Montecarlo y Se l, Golden Globe del Festival de Hamburgo y otros numerosos galardones, dentro y fuera de nuestras fronteras.
