Viewers of the Showmax telenovela The Wife predict Mqhele (Wiseman Mncube) will kill his wife Hlomu (Mbalenhle Mavimbela) as he's abusive and they're both toxic towards each other. This is after she lied about Qhawe (Kwenzo Ngcobo) being their daughter's biological father numerous times.

WILL HLOMU GET KILLED? The Wife fans finally found out on today's episode (Thursday, 26 January) that Hlomu fell pregnant with her brother-in-law Qhawe's baby back in season two. This is after she lied to her husband Mqhele about sleeping with him and after the sangoma revealed that the baby is a Zulu.

While audiences understand Mqhele is in pain, they are blaming him for everything as he beat up Hlomu in season one until she miscarried his baby.

Mqhele is still jealous and abusive in season three as recently smacked her in front of their family, which has led to her being an alcoholic.

Fans of the Showmax telenovela predict that he will eventually kill her this season as he can't control his anger and he's humiliated about his brother being his daughter's biological father'.
