Big Brother Mzansi (BBMzansi) season 3 viewers are breathing fire after a stunt that was pulled by one of the former housemates Dinky Bliss. The 28-year-old, whose real name is Rethabile Potsane, vindictively shared a nude picture of Terry a contestant who is still in the Big Brother house.

DINKY BLISS: VIEWERS SLAM ACT On Tuesday night, Twitter was a buzz after Dinky Bliss decided to tweet a nude image of Terry whom she did not have a good relationship with while in the house.

Although avid viewers of the reality show know that Terry's nudes are all over the internet (as she revealed this on the first night) Dinky Bliss' actions were still slammed by the audience.

The now-deleted tweet caused such a stir that Dinky Bliss was called names and reminded exactly why she was evicted during the first official eviction show. Some even went as far as saying that Terry should sue her as soon as she leaves the show.

DINKY BLISS DEFENDS HERSELF Although she deleted her tweet, Dinky did not seem fazed at all by her actions. If anything, she in turn attacked those who have been body shaming her and calling for cancel culture to add her name to the list.

WHAT DOES THE LAW SAY? While a majority of the viewers were on Terry's side, some did not understand what the fuss was about because Terry's nudes are already on the internet. But what about the law?

According to the Films and Publications Amendment Act, which was signed into law by President Cyril Ramaphosa in October 2019, revenge porn is a crime.

Any person who knowingly distributes private sexual photographs and films in any medium, including through the internet, without prior consent of the individual or individuals and where the individual or individuals in the photographs or films is identified or identifiable in the said photographs and films, shall be guilty of an offence and liable upon conviction.

Whether Terry's images are already on the internet or not, Dinky Bliss committed a crime by posting them on social media without Terry's permission or content.

The bill further states that if the victim can't be identified in the content, the perpetrator could face two years in jail and/or pay a fine of up to R150 000. However, if the victim can be identified in any way, the perpetrator could spend four years in prison and/or pay up to R300 000 .
