Euro Media Group reinforces its Italian activity with the acquisition of Infront Centro Produzione posted: 24/06/2020
Euro Media Group (EMG) has announced the acquisition
of Infront Centro Produzione, a major operator of studios in Italy that will become
3zero2 Studios. Based in Milan, Italy, Infront Centro Produzione (ICP) operates 5
studios in which are produced emblematic sports and entertainment shows (such
as X-Factor , Italia's got talent , Hell's kitchen and Masterchef ) for major
Italian and European clients in the media industry like Mediaset, Sky, Freemantle,
Discovery and Serie A League.
This acquisition is part of the EMG's strategy to consolidate its business in the
very fragmented Italian market, as well as to expand its range of production
capacities and services thus enabling the Group to provide exhaustive media
solutions to its world's leading sports and entertainment clients. EMG will rely on
the experience and expertise of ICP's current team to continue developing the
business. Becoming 3zero2 Studios, this activity will strongly enhance the offer
currently proposed by EMG in Italy through its companies 3zero2tv for media and
production solutions, Netco Sports for additional services such as graphics and
digital and Global Production for on-site services. Objective is to create a
connected media center to service Italian and international clients using EMG's
IP and remote broadcast solutions.
