Vitelsa completes the project of digitalization of the delegations of Televisi n de Galicia La auton mica gallega concluye el proceso de digitalizaci n y modernizaci n tecnol gica de sus cinco Centros territoriales, aplicando los ltimos avances tecnol gicos a la captura, producci n y emisi n de los contenidos locales propios.
Compa a de Radio y Televisi n de Galicia (CRTVG), que emite dos canales digitales terrestres 24/7 y dos por sat lite dirigidos al p blico de Europa y Am rica, con una producci n propia que supera el 60% del total de las emisiones acaba de concluir el plan de modernizaci n de sus cinco sedes territoriales ubicadas en Coru a, Vigo, Lugo y Orense y Madrid.
Con el objetivo de continuar ofreciendo un alto nivel de calidad en la producci n propia TVG decidi acometer la digitalizaci n y modernizaci n tecnol gica de estos centros, aplicando los ltimos avances tecnol gicos a la captura, producci n y emisi n de los contenidos locales propios. Para este proyecto la propuesta tecnol gica de Vitelsa fue seleccionada en concurso p blico como la m s adecuada de acuerdo a par metros t cnicos, econ micos y de mejora sobre los requerimientos funcionales solicitados.
Adicionalmente el proyecto presentaba un reto operativo relevante, ya que requer a realizar profundos cambios en la infraestructura de las Delegaciones Territoriales sin interferir con sus operaciones diarias. Desde cada uno de estos Centros se producen y emiten diariamente los Informativos Locales, adem s de aportar contenidos de proximidad a la Sede Central en Santiago de Compostela para su integraci n en los diferentes programas de la cadena (Informativos, programas culturales, etc)
El alcance del proyecto realizado por Vitelsa abarca el dise o, ingenier a, suministro y puesta en marcha para la total digitalizaci n de la infraestructura de audio, v deo y datos de los Centros Territoriales, incluyendo el montaje de nuevo mobiliario t cnico en cada uno de los Controles de Realizaci n territorial.
En cada uno de los cuatro centros territoriales de Galicia se han implementado nuevos Plat s Audiovisuales, integrando c maras robotizadas HD programables que mejoran la calidad t cnica de los contenidos producidos y optimizan los recursos asignados a la producci n de los mismos. Estos plat s han permitido iniciar emisiones locales directamente desde las delegaciones territoriales, generando una mayor inmediatez y proximidad en la producci n y comunicaci n de los contenidos locales.
Edici n y postproducci n digital
Adicionalmente se ha implementado en cada centro una soluci n avanzada de edici n y postproducci n digital, que ha sido totalmente integrada por Vitelsa con el nuevo sistema de ingesta y archivo digital instalado. De esta forma se mantiene un flujo continuo de v deo digital desde el sistema de ingesta y edici n hasta su archivo digital y transferencia v a red IP de datos a la Sede Central de la cadena en Santiago y entre sedes territoriales. El sistema es capaz de gestionar de forma transparente los m ltiples formatos digitales utilizados, desde la etapa de captura e ingesta hasta la edici n y conformado final para emisi n de los contenidos en cada uno de los canales de la cadena.
Por ltimo tambi n se han renovado los controles de realizaci n, instalando nuevas mesas de mezcla de video HD digital y audio de alta calidad con capacidad para la generaci n nativa de streaming de video IP, con aplicaciones en la difusi n online de contenidos. Adicionalmente se ha renovado tambi n el equipamiento audio/v deo de los Locutorios, incorporando una soluci n software para la locuci n local de los contenidos generados.
Este proyecto constituye para el grupo Vitelsa un nuevo logro en su ya amplia experiencia en el dise o, equipamiento y operaci n integral de centros de producci n y difusi n audiovisual, combinando en sus proyectos avanzadas propuestas de tecnolog a audiovisual y TIC con una alta capacidad de ejecuci n de los proyectos, una gran especializaci n y un alto nivel de servicio y capacidad de respuesta.
