G tersloh - Arvato Systems was rated as a Leader for its cloud computing expertise in the ISG Provider Lens Public Cloud - Solutions & Service 2020 study by IT market research and consulting firm ISG. The award was presented in the segments Managed Public Cloud Services for Large Accounts and Consulting and Transformational Services for Large Accounts.
According to ISG, companies recognized as a Leader offer a highly attractive range of products and services, a very strong market and competitive position and meet all the prerequisites for successful market development. In addition, they can be seen as opinion leaders, provide strategic input to the market and provide innovative strength and stability.
Arvato Systems confirms its position as a leader in the Managed Public Cloud Services for Large Accounts segment, which has already been awarded in 2019, and is thus once again confirmed as a provider of professional services and managed services. These include, according to ISG, services for the deployment, real-time and predictive analysis, monitoring and operation of public cloud and multi-cloud environments.
Among other things, the analyst firm certifies Arvato Systems in this segment as having comprehensive cloud management with both general and platform-specific expertise and the competence to adopt a specific industry focus. In addition, the analysts point to the providers notable personnel growth in the public cloud segment.
Arvato Systems was also able to convince in the Consulting and Transformational Services for Large Accounts segment. Consulting and implementation service providers in this area, according to ISGs definition, work with public cloud providers to manage the customer-specific complexity of adapting and deploying public cloud solutions.
In particular, the analyst highlights the close partnerships with the public cloud providers Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure which have further consolidated in 2020 through competency and specific program partnerships. ISG also confirms Arvato Systems broad and modern innovation portfolio and special cloud-native and AI competencies.
In addition to the successful positions in the field of Public Cloud - Solutions & Service, Arvato Systems was also able to assert itself in other ISG Provider Lens analyses. For example, in the ISG Provider Lens analyses of Next-Gen Private/ Hybrid Cloud-Data Center Services & Solutions 2020, AWS Ecosystems Partners 2020 and Microsoft Ecosystem. In addition, the company received the Best IT Service Provider award for the second time, which is jointly awarded by the business magazine brand eins and Statista.
The reclassification by ISG as a leader in the field of Public Cloud - Solutions & Service underlines the comprehensive competence of Arvato Systems as a companion for the digital transformation of companies and as a multi-cloud expert.
