TVE began the construction of his new studies 6 and 7 in Prado del Rey El proyecto, del que se acaba de colocar la primera piedra, se compone de dos prismas de hormig n que albergar n los estudios que ocupar n 5.472 metros cuadrados.
El presidente de RTVE, Jos Antonio S nchez, ha colocado este jueves, 14 de julio, la primera piedra de los nuevos estudios 6 y 7 de producci n de programas de Prado del Rey. Las obras se prolongar n durante dos a os y las nuevas edificaciones contar n con una superficie construida de 7.000 metros cuadrados.
En el acto, Jos Antonio S nchez ha se alado que los nuevos estudios vienen a complementar y mejorar la capacidad de producci n de RTVE de manera significativa, tanto desde el punto de vista operativo como tecnol gico . Este proyecto va a permitir a RTVE integrar las operaciones de producci n en un mismo centro, Prado del Rey, favoreciendo as la posibilidad de producir sinergias entre los distintos programas , ha subrayado.
Una vez concluida la construcci n de los estudios 6 y 7, y rehabilitados los estudios 1, 2 y 3, junto al estudio 5, la Corporaci n contar con un total de seis estudios de producci n, todos ellos con un equipamiento moderno y unas instalaciones auxiliares de ltima generaci n , asegur S nchez.
Estamos dando paso a una nueva etapa despu s de las dificultades vividas en los ltimos a os como consecuencia de la aparici n de amianto en varios de nuestros estudios. Una nueva etapa que nos da la oportunidad de reestructurar nuestra sede corporativa, procediendo a una reorganizaci n de los estudios y todos nuestros edificios corporativos aproxim ndonos a un modelo m s sostenible y operativo, acorde con los nuevos tiempos , ha concluido.
Por su parte, David Valcarce, director de Medios de TVE, ha se alado que el hecho de concentrar en Prado del Rey la mayor a de la producci n de programas de Madrid permitir potenciar la producci n interna y un uso m s eficiente de los recursos.
The new studies
Las nuevas edificaciones ocupar n 5.472 metros cuadrados, con una superficie construida de 7.044 metros cuadrados. El proyecto se compone de dos prismas de hormig n que albergar n los estudios, adem s de un edificio de servicios entre ambos que complementar el recinto de forma casi triangular. El estudio 6 tendr unas caracter sticas similares al estudio 5 actual y el 7 ser de una dimensi n mayor, seg n explic el director de Infraestructuras Inmobiliarias, Servicios y Operaciones de RTVE, Pedro Recas, en el acto.
La construcci n de los dos nuevos estudios fue aprobada por el Consejo de Administraci n de RTVE el pasado 26 de mayo, junto a la demolici n de los estudios 10 y 11, afectados por amianto y clausurados desde 2011.
