
Audiovisual SGR and Natixis Coficin sign a partnership agreement to facilitate the financing of the film industry El acuerdo entre la sociedad espa ola de garant a rec proca y la entidad financiera francesa significar la financiaci n de operaciones por importe de 20 millones de euros.
Uno de los grandes problemas de la producci n cinematogr fica es la financiaci n, obtener los avales y cr ditos necesarios para que pueda ponerse en marcha todo el proceso de realizaci n de una pel cula y se garantice su finalizaci n.
Con el objetivo de facilitar el acceso al cr dito de las peque as y medianas empresas del sector cultural, se cre en el a o 2006 la sociedad de garant a rec proca Audiovisual SGR, a iniciativa de EGEDA, la Entidad de Gesti n de Derechos de los Productores Audiovisuales y el Ministerio de Educaci n, Cultura y Deporte a trav s del ICAA (Instituto de Cinematograf a y las Artes Audiovisuales). Su labor consiste en facilitar el acceso a la financiaci n mediante la concesi n de avales, negociando convenios con entidades financieras para conseguir l neas de cr dito en unas condiciones que una PYME no podr a conseguir sola.
Ejerce un papel de interlocuci n especializado entre el sector cultural y el sector financiero. Es una financiaci n reembolsable, por lo que solo se benefician aquellos proyectos que resulten viables seg n los criterios t cnicos, financieros y de riesgo de la sociedad.
Desde su creaci n, Audiovisual SGR mantiene l neas de colaboraci n con la mayor a de entidades financieras espa olas. Y ahora da un paso m s, firmando, por primera vez en la historia de las sociedades de garant a rec proca espa olas, un acuerdo de colaboraci n con una entidad financiera extranjera que pertenece al segundo grupo bancario de Francia.
Natixis Coficin es una entidad financiera especializada en el sector audiovisual que financia una media de 120 pel culas anuales con un volumen de cr ditos superior a los 700 millones de euros. Con una antig edad de m s de 60 a os, es l der europeo en la financiaci n del cine, la televisi n, la animaci n, la industria t cnica y la industria cultural en general. Pertenece al segundo grupo financiero franc s, BPCE, que cuenta con m s de 22.000 empleados y presencia destacada en Europa, Asia y Ocean a.
20 millones en avales
Con el acuerdo de colaboraci n que se firma hoy entre Audiovisual SGR y Natixis Coficin , se fija como objetivo llegar a avalar producciones por importe de 20 millones de euros, que van a generar alrededor de 400 puestos de trabajo. En el sector de las sociedades de garant a rec proca existe un ratio que por cada 50.000 euros invertidos se crea un puesto de trabajo. Este convenio mejorar los problemas de financiaci n del cine espa ol y pondr a disposici n del sector cinematogr fico herramientas financieras para promover su producci n.
Desde su creaci n, Audiovisual SGR ha participado en m s de 1.000 proyectos audiovisuales entre pel culas, documentales, series y programas de televisi n. Solo en el a o 2014 particip en 33 largometrajes con un importe de avales superior a los 33 millones de euros.
