Densitron Strengthens Broadcast Launch with IPE Technologies Partnership

Densitron, (Hall 10, Stand D42) a global leader in display, monitor and embedded computing solutions, has announced a partnership with IPE Technologies, designer and provider of software solutions to major UK and global broadcasters. To mark this relationship, IPE software will drive many of the monitors on the Densitron stand, and IPE will use Densitron monitors and displays to demonstrate its products on stand 11.D30. There are also plans for a technical alliance with the possibility of joint developments, post IBC.

We are delighted to work with IPE which is renowned for its radio, TV and media facilities. This connection greatly strengthens our launch into the broadcast market and we feel sure it will open up many new avenues for both organisations, says Chris Goodhall, Densitrons European sales director.

We especially like Densitrons bar/cut screens; we feel they are a good fit for us, allowing us to slightly adapt our product to make it even more relevant to our clients. They are a great option for placement above studio doors and make available much more real estate on one screen. The two companies were introduced by advanced hardware and software solutions designer and manufacturer, Quixant, which acquired Densitron almost two years ago and has also worked with IPE for a number of years.

Such said, After our initial introduction, we later met at BVE and began to recognise the synergies between us when we discovered that many of our clients were visiting Densitrons stand.

We admire Quixants fast-track success and feel sure that Densitron has a positive and sustainable future ahead. We very much look forward to working with them.
