Stardraw.com appoints RGB Communications exclusive Distributor for UK & Eire
Software developer Stardraw.com has appointed audio visual technology distribution specialists RGB Communications Ltd. as the exclusive distribution channel for their design/documentation and control products throughout the UK and Eire. The agreement is effective from January 1st 2010.
Based in Hungerford, Berkshire, RGB Communications is the UKs leading pro-AV solutions distribution organization with an impressive portfolio of brands including Clear One Communications, Chief, Denon, Kramer, Lutron, Middle Atlantic Products, Marantz, Sharp and Samsung, to name but a few. They cover all AV market sectors from audio, lighting, video, presentation technology, signal management and event control right down to wall mounts and cabling.
According to Stardraw.com marketing director Rob Robinson, the move represents an exciting step forward. RGB Communications is a company that specializes in providing solutions, not just products and, having formerly distributed some very well-known control brands for the best part of two decades, what they dont know about control systems isnt worth knowing. We are extremely flattered that, after careful deliberation and extensive product evaluation, RGB Communications has concluded that Stardraw Control 2010 is the right platform on which to provide the next generation of control solutions.
Robinson continued, From any point of view, RGB has an extremely impressive track record, a highly complementary portfolio of products and, importantly, a vision of control systems and next-generation control solutions that matches our own. Furthermore, on the design/documentation side, they will not only be distributing Stardraw AV and its sibling applications, but will also be using Stardraw AV in-house for their own pre-sales and support documentation, which is both an excellent showcase and endorsement for the product. I am fully confident that this will be not just a distribution arrangement, but an exciting and forward-thinking partnership that will have significant consequences for the industry in years to come.
