Thales and BCG Announce Partnership to Enhance Cyber Resilience for Large Companies

Thales and Boston Consulting Group (BCG) have announced a partnership to help major French companies manage cyber crises and respond to incidents. This collaboration was officially presented at the Assises de la S curit event in Monaco from October 9 to 11, 2024.

The partnership combines BCG's strategic consulting expertise for large enterprises with Thales' world-leading cybersecurity services for businesses and governments.

Together, they aim to provide a comprehensive solution at a time when authorities are warning of escalating threats from criminal organizations, hacktivists, and espionage groups engaged in economic and technological sabotage.

Paris - Thales and BCG announce the signature of a strategic partnership providing major corporations with access to top-tier technical expertise in cybersecurity from Thales, coupled with BCG's leadership in business strategy and transformation.

Cybersecurity has become a critical issue for business leaders, with 44% of companies surveyed claiming to have suffered a data breach, according to Thales 2024 Cloud Security Study. Spending on cloud security now surpasses all other areas of security spending.

In response to the growing number of digital threats, businesses-including those critical to national sovereignty-must equip themselves with the most advanced cybersecurity tools and processes available.

In this partnership, Thales leverages its 40 years of experience in cybersecurity, with nearly 6,000 experts and developers delivering innovative solutions, including advanced AI and post-quantum cryptography technologies. Thales' capabilities extend to securing data, industrial infrastructure, and corporate information systems. Its Attack Detection and Response Services, delivered from 11 global cybersecurity centers, provide 24/7 monitoring and rapid response to cyber incidents.
