Through mentorship from seasoned professionals, you'll gain valuable insights and guidance to help you navigate your career path with confidence. The program opens doors to some of the industry's most forward-thinking events, such as the HPA Tech Retreat, providing you with opportunities to engage with the latest trends, ideas, and leaders in the field.
But perhaps most importantly, you'll join a vibrant community of peers who share your passion for shaping the future of media and entertainment. The connections and relationships you build through YEP are designed to last, supporting not only your immediate career goals but also helping to create a network that will evolve with you throughout your professional journey. And as a YEP, you'll be invited to contribute your own ideas and perspectives to the broader conversation about where the industry is headed, helping to shape the future while developing your own path forward.
How to Apply
Applications for the 2025 YEP class are open until November 1, 2024. A straightforward application process, along with a recommendation from an employer or supervisor, is all it takes to be considered. Finalists will be contacted for virtual interviews in mid-November, with the class announcement to follow in December.
