Hrvatski Telekom ensures QoE with Agama Headend and Network solution extension

Hrvatski Telekom uses Agama's extended solution to gain deep insights into its rapidly growing OTT services on Android STBs, Smart TVs, and mobile devices. The integration of Analyzer OTT has greatly improved visibility of client behavior and channel performance. Using Prometheus add-on, an open-source monitoring tool designed for high data ingestion, has yielded additional valuable insights, allowing for seamless integration with other systems and enriched, in-depth analysis of the entire data path, from servers and virtualization to core network infrastructure.
