Original Programming Headlined by Players Only Conversation with Former Rivals Dwyane Wade & Kevin Garnett on Feb. 18, Starting at 9 p.m. ET, Led by Open Court: Rookies at 8 p.m.

NBA TV's More Than 20 Hours of Live Programming to Offer Unparalleled Access to Team LeBron, Team Giannis & Rising Stars Including NBA GameTime LIVE and Coverage from Practices & Media Availabilities

NBA TV will offer wall-to-wall coverage of NBA All-Star 2019, featuring access to the league's biggest stars and the event's most compelling moments starting Thursday, Feb. 14, at 6 p.m. ET, with the network's signature studio show NBA GameTime on site in Charlotte. Along with complete coverage of practices and media availabilities - more than 20 hours of live programming in all - NBA TV will offer the latest news and analysis from a premier roster of commentators.

Original programming highlights include a special block of programming on Monday, Feb. 18, featuring a special Open Court: Rookies roundtable conversation at 8 p.m. followed by an hour-long Players Only conversation between former Eastern Conference rivals Dwyane Wade and Kevin Garnett at 9 p.m.

Wade and Garnett, former NBA All-Stars and Eastern Conference rivals, sit down for the wide-ranging conversation, with them discussing Wade's first meeting with LeBron James as NBA Draft hopefuls; what it was like joining the Miami Heat under Pat Riley and the team's early success; how the Heat's Big Three of Wade, James and Chris Bosh came together; what it was like playing with Shaquille O'Neal; Wade's rivalry with Kobe Bryant; and what the 13-time All-Star sees coming up next in life, among other topics. Garnett and Wade - both prep hoops phenoms from Chicago - discuss Wade's road to Marquette University and how important it was to return to his hometown with the Bulls.

Immediately preceding the Wade special, NBA TV will televise Open Court: Rookies, a roundtable discussion hosted by Matt Winer with some of the NBA's brightest young stars, including Dallas' Luka Doncic, Sacramento's Marvin Bagley, III, Phoenix's Deandre Ayton and Memphis' Jaren Jackson, Jr., airing Monday, Feb. 18, at 8 p.m.

NBA GameTime - The Destination for All-Star News, Highlights and Analysis

NBA TV's signature studio show, NBA GameTime, will be live from Charlotte to provide the latest news and leading storylines daily throughout NBA All-Star 2019. On-site studio coverage will tip off Thursday, Feb. 14, at 6 p.m., and include Friday, Feb. 15, at 2 (a three-hour show previewing All-Star Friday) and 11:30 p.m.; Saturday, Feb. 16, at 2 p.m. (three-hour preview of All-Star Saturday) and 10:30 p.m. and wrap up with a 2.5-hour pregame show on Sunday, Feb. 17, at 4:30 p.m. The show will feature a deep rotation of top basketball analysts including Isiah Thomas, Grant Hill, Chris Webber, Reggie Miller, Candace Parker, Steve Smith and Dennis Scott. Hosts and reporters will include Casey Stern, Kristen Ledlow, Matt Winer, Gold-Onwude, Jared Greenberg and Sekou Smith.

Rising Stars Practice

NBA TV will have complete coverage of Friday's 2019 MTN DEW ICE Rising Stars practice from Bojangles Coliseum at 11 a.m., including commentators Steve Smith, Dennis Scott, Adam Lefkoe and Ros Gold-Onwude. Reigning Kia NBA Rookie of the Year Ben Simmons, runner-up Donovan Mitchell and Doncic will be joined by young stars from the United States and around the world.

Hall of Fame Finalists Revealed

The network will have live coverage of the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame Class of 2019 Finalists Announcement - with Winer and Sekou Smith - Friday, Feb. 15 at 5 p.m.

The Starters

NBA TV's The Starters presented by Jack Daniels Old No. 7 and Tennessee Honey will host a special 90-minute episode from Charlotte on Friday, Feb. 15, at 5:30 p.m. Co-hosted by J.E. Skeets and Tas Melas, along with Trey Kerby and Leigh Ellis, the studio show will recap the most entertaining moments from around the NBA and look ahead to Friday's 2019 MTN DEW ICE Rising Stars and Sunday's NBA All-Star Game presented by Kia.

Expanded NBA All-Star Saturday

The network's live programming from Charlotte will include an expanded Saturday schedule highlighted by NBA All-Star Media Day presented by AT&T coverage at 9:30 a.m. and exclusive coverage of Team Giannis and Team LeBron with NBA All-Star Practice presented by AT&T sessions at noon. Leading up to Saturday night's festivities, the network will offer a three-hour NBA GameTime Live starting at 2 p.m. and NBA commissioner Adam Silver's media availability at 7 p.m.

Inside the NBA presented by Kia on Sunday

After TNT's coverage of the 68th NBA All-Star Game presented by Kia wraps up on Sunday, Feb. 17, fans can tune into NBA TV to catch Inside the NBA presented by Kia with Ernie Johnson, Charles Barkley, Shaquille O'Neal and Kenny Smith live from Charlotte.
