Net Insight launches synthetic option program

Stockholm, Sweden - Net Insight, a leading provider of efficient and scalable transport solutions for media, IP and broadcast networks, today announces that it has launched a synthetic option program in accordance with the resolution made at the Annual General Meeting on May 7, 2015. The company has, concurrent with the Annual General Meeting s resolution, launched a synthetic option program for senior executives and other key employees of Net Insight. CEO Fredrik Tumeg rd buys 1,000,000 synthetic options and 1,775,000 have been bought by the company s other key employees and senior executives.

It is a three-year program with the aim to provide key people the opportunity to participate in the company s value growth and thereby further strengthen the company s and the shareholders common interest. The program should also secure recruitment and retaining key talent.

The options is sold at market value calculated using the Black & Scholes valuation model. The calculation is performed by an independent valuation institute. The strike price is set to 3.80 SEK and is based on the volume weighted average price during ten trading days directly after the Annual General Meeting.
