With cloud services becoming increasingly vital for media operations, many businesses struggle with understanding and controlling the unpredictable costs associated with these services.
To solve this, VIDA has integrated a new feature into its platform, enabling clients to have a clearer, more detailed breakdown of their cloud usage costs. This includes the ability to split bills by department, providing enhanced financial control and transparency.

Most content distributors cannot tie their MAM cloud costs back to a department or commercial transaction. By simplifying this process, our platform ensures that companies can focus on their core media operations without navigating confusing billing structures. Our goal is to empower customers with the cost control and transparency they need.
With the cloud cost estimator built into the VIDA Content OS, users can preview the expenses associated with various tasks before committing to them. Whether estimating the cost of AI-powered media enrichment tools or calculating delivery expenses, clients can run test jobs to gauge potential costs.
Once executed, users are billed only for the specific services they've utilized, with the ability to allocate these costs across departments based on their actual usage.
VIDA's advanced cost management tools make it easier for businesses to confidently leverage the cloud for their media asset management needs, ensuring both operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
