Paris, 06 May 2024 - Pursuant to recent press speculation, Eutelsat Group (ISIN: FR0010221234 - Euronext Paris / London Stock Exchange: ETL), confirms it is analysing options to partner with external infrastructure investors in its ground network.

At this time this analysis is preliminary in nature, and there can be no certainty that it will lead to a specific outcome.

Eutelsat Group will communicate further only if and when this analysis materialises into a potential transaction.
