Bruno Boi directs poignant Road Accident Fund spot

Egg Films' Bruno Bossi recently directed Night Shift, a poignant spot from Net#work BBDO for The Road Accident Fund.

Using intimate, first-person narration, the layered spot tells the true story of a woman who was orphaned in a road accident that killed both her parents.

She felt she'd lost everything, including who she'd always dreamed she'd be, but this turned out not to be true, thanks to the work of The Road Accident Fund.

DOP Paul Gilpin shot the ad in the late evening and night, creating a very cinematic tone through his use of dimly lit interiors, streetlights and nighttime street scenes.

Upstairs Post's Kobus Loots contributed the nuanced edit, while Say Thank You handled the sensitive score.
