INSIGHT TV, the worlds largest producer and broadcaster of adventure travel and extreme sports genres in true, unscripted 4K UHD, has announced that it has signed a major distribution contract at MIPTV 2017 with M7 Group, the leading Pan-European satellite Pay TV operator.
The contract will see INSIGHT TV supply both its successful 4K UHD and HD channel to M7 Groups satellite TV platforms including: CanalDigitaal (The Netherlands), TV VLAANDEREN and T l SAT (Belgium), Skylink (Czech Republic and Slovakia) and HD Austria/Austriasat (Austria), effective from 4th April 2017. This announcement at MIPTV 2017 further highlights INSIGHT TVs huge growth in the last 12 months and its commitment to delivering the highest quality 4K UHD content to millions of viewers across the world.
Bill Wijdeveld, VP, business development at M7 Group SA, says, With the growing sales of 4K UHD screens in Europe, the appetite for high quality 4K UHD content is increasing as well. We are therefore very happy with our agreement with INSIGHT TV, enabling us to enrich our content offer for our satellite TV viewers in the Benelux, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Austria with a great variety of top-of-the range 4K UHD and HD programmes.

INSIGHT TV features original programming in the form of innovative documentaries, accessible reality series and cutting-edge factual infotainment, as well as high levels of interactive new formats. It creates and commissions phenomenal non-scripted, long form, series producing compelling content that takes the viewer on a journey to explore, be educated and entertained. INSIGHT TVs range of programming demonstrates the very best of 4K UHD.
