VSL reveal Synchron Brass (muted)

New bundle & three Single Packs

Continuing to expand their already sizeable orchestral collection, VSL's latest release introduces three new Single Pack instruments to the Synchron Brass series, along with a new bundle that brings together all of their muted brass offerings.

Synchron Brass (muted) is a new library bundle that's dedicated to the distinctive sound of straight-muted brass. Following its launch, two of the Single Packs that were previously categorised under VSL's Synchron Special Brass (Synchron Trumpet (Bb, muted) and Synchron Trumpet Ensemble (muted) ) have been moved into the new family, where they're joined by three new arrivals: Synchron Tenor Trombone (muted), Synchron Bass Trombone (muted) and Synchron Tenor Trombone Ensemble (muted).

As with all of the Synchron Series, the new additions have been captured on the large Stage A of VSL's Vienna Synchron Stage facility, and can be purchased in Standard and Full versions. Both deliver the same set of instruments and articulations, with the latter offering some additional mixing flexibility thanks to an extended set of microphone signals.

Compatibility Synchron Brass (muted) runs in VSL's Synchron Player, which is supported on PCs running Windows 10 or above, and Macs running macOS 13 and later. VST3, AU and AAX plug-in versions are available.
