VAMOS! Today, World No. 2 Carlos Alcaraz was crowned champion of Netflixs live sports event, The Netflix Slam, in a tennis battle royale against fellow Spaniard and 22-time Grand Slam mens singles title champion Rafael Nadal.
The special exhibition match, hosted by MGM Resorts International, and produced by Full Day Productions, took place inside Michelob ULTRA Arena at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. Tennis greats Andy Roddick, Jim Courier, Mary Joe Fern ndez and Patrick McEnroe joined the Slam for on and off court commentary, alongside tennis analyst Prakash Amritraj and host Kay Adams. Hometown legend Andre Agassi made a special appearance in the booth. For Spanish markets, Rafael Plaza hosted, with commentary from tennis favorites Feliciano L pez, Nicolas Pereira, and David Ferrer, and sideline reporting from sports journalist Isabel Forner. The Netflix Slam is now available to stream on Netflix. #TheNetflixSlam

About The Netflix Slam:
Netflix streamed its latest live sports event, The Netflix Slam, headlined by 22-time Grand Slam men's singles title champion Rafael Nadal facing off against World No. 2 and fellow Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz in a special one-night tennis exhibition match. The event, hosted by MGM Resorts International, took place today, Sunday, March 3, 2024 at 12:30pm PST / 9:30pm CET inside Michelob ULTRA Arena at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.

The Netflix Slam was produced by Full Day Productions (Connor Schell and David Chamberlin), the company behind The Netflix Cup, ESPY Awards, the Oscars Red Carpet Show and the NFL Honors.
