The new service Virtual number is launched in multiservice IMS network 11.06.2015

Beltelecom launches the new service Virtual number . The new service is a real city phone number, unattached to the physical location, not requiring purchase and installation of additional equipment and laying telephone lines. Virtual number is a service, providing possibility to redirect from the phone number, allocated to a subscriber, all incoming calls to another predetermined phone number, including mobile and maxiphone number. The number can be changed individually via personal account or at the service centers of RUE Beltelecom.

The extra benefit of this service: upon changing of a location address, the provided virtual number will remain unchanged, and a company will retain its clients. At the same time the company will not need to inform clients about changes, as the number will remain the same.

This service is provided to individuals, legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, the residents of the Republic of Belarus.

The service Virtual number is convenient for enterprises and companies with employees working in different premises, or for the companies, placing a commercial or informational advertisement, not indicating real phone numbers.Thus, by ordering the service Virtual number , the company will have possibility to receive calls under commercial or informational advertisement to real phone numbers. Herewith, after expiry of commercial or informational advertisement, the company can disconnect the service Virtual number , and the calls under commercial or informational advertisement will not be put through to the real phone numbers of the company.

Subscribers may use Virtual number for private calls. The new service can become a good alternative for a direct number. The smart number receives all calls, and you decide where these calls shall be redirected.

Virtual number is arranged from regional numbers array. Subscribers of Virtual number number can use the additional service Elite number and arrange a phone number from available IMS numbering array under applicable tariffs for the service Virtual number .

The service Virtual number is provided to a subscriber 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Technical support is available by the phone 123 on24 hours basis.
