Munich, 26 November 2019. For all those who want more: With Joyn PLUS , Joyn is expanding its offering and is providing even more exclusive content, originals, series such as The Walking Dead and Greys Anatomy as well as current class films. In addition, Joyn PLUS bundles over 60 live TV channels in HD. The live TV offering is complemented by the pay-TV channels ProSieben FUN, SAT.1 emotions, Kabel Eins CLASSICS, Eurosport 2, Discovery Channel and Animal Planet. For Joyn PLUS customers a large part of the Joyn media library is also available in HD and largely without advertising. With the launch, the best films and series from maxdome will be integrated into the service. The Eurosport Player will be included by the middle of next year. Joyn thus puts up a comprehensive entertainment offering for a seamless entertainment experience within one app.

Joyn PLUS offers broad exclusive content and originals

The best international series find their exclusive home on Joyn PLUS : Mocro Maffia, the Dutch answer to 4 Blocks, the Danish crime series Darkness as well as the US-American adaptation of the comic Deadly Class. Local series dont miss out either, Joyn PLUS comes up with the comedy series Andere Eltern. Among the highlights of the next weeks on Joyn PLUS are The Pier, a thriller series by the creator of the Spanish success series Money Heist, as well as Joyn's first international co-production Dignity, which tells the story of the German cult Colonia Dignidad and puts James Bond villain G tz Otto in the the leading role.

Joyns basic offering also receives content supply

On Joyn, the free and advertising-financed area of the app, which continues to deliver a wide range of content, Slavik - Auf Staats Nacken starts today, starring Slavik Junge, who is known for his social media presence on Instagram and Youtube and has more than a million followers. At the beginning of December, the format will be joined by another in-house production for young viewers, The Entertainers by YouTuber Rewinside, who has more than four million followers on its social media channels. In addition, the channels 3sat, ServusTV, Bloomberg and CNBC will be integrated into the free service.

Joyn PLUS convinces in terms of price and technology

If they purchase a Joyn PLUS subscription before 31 December 2019, customers will receive a free sample month and then pay the discounted introductory price of 3.99 for three months. Afterwards the price for the subscribers increases to the regular retail price of 6,99 . Starting from 1 January 2020, Joyn PLUS customers will pay 6.99 monthly after a free sample month. The subscription can be cancelled monthly. Users can run Joyn on smartphones and tablets with Android or iOS operating systems, via Android TV, Fire TV Stick, Apple TV, Samsung devices and Chromecast. Even after the launch of Joyn PLUS , the app will continue to be optimized with the help of customer feedback. Additional features such as a download function are already being planned and expected to be available to Joyn PLUS customers in the first half of 2020.
