SeaChange and Vubiquity Integrate to Deliver Subscription VOD, Premium and Network Video Content to Any Device Via the Cloud
Vubiquity Joins SeaChange Cloud Ecosystem; Vubiquity's AnyVU Streaming and Content Integrates with SeaChange Cloud Adrenalin Service

ACTON, Mass. and SHERMAN OAKS, Calif., SeaChange International (Nasdaq: SEAC) and Vubiquity, Inc. will offer an integrated cloud-based multi-screen video-on-demand (VOD) solution to television service providers. The combined solution integrates the SeaChange Cloud Adrenalin pay-as-you-grow OPEX service with Vubiquity's AnyVU Streaming service, ViewNow subscription VOD movie package, as well as a vast library of content from their premium and network partners. Cloud Adrenalin makes its U.S. debut in demonstrations with SeaChange Cloud Ecosystem partner Vubiquity during the SCTE Cable-Tec Expo this week in Atlanta (SeaChange booth 1542).
The full complement of SeaChange's deployment-proven multi-screen capabilities for delivery, analytics, promotions and system monitoring are available in SeaChange Cloud Adrenalin's SaaS (software-as-a-service) service. Vubiquity's AnyVU Streaming brings SeaChange Cloud Adrenalin customers a ready-to-launch, high-quality catalog of pre-encoded and encrypted titles to support all popular consumer video devices. SeaChange's integrations allow customers to incrementally add service layers (content, ratings, recommendations, subscriber interface by platform, etc.) to optimize subscriber value.

Combining AnyVU Streaming, with our ViewNow subscription movies package, and SeaChange's Cloud Adrenalin service delivers a complete solution that serves up the deep content catalog that consumers want, directly to their device of choice.
AnyVU Streaming is a multi-platform video solution that manages the distribution and streaming of a deep catalog of licensed movie assets, trailers, metadata and artwork directly to an end user's connected device. ViewNow, which is currently available to more than 12 million U.S. households, offers thousands of hours of movie content from major and independent studios that can be delivered in Mezzanine, MPEG-2 and MPEG-4, as well as in a range of adaptive bitrate (ABR) profiles to allow for delivery to traditional set-top boxes and connected consumer devices such as smart TVs, PC and Mac, iOS and Android phones and tablet. In addition to multi-platform rights, the service includes download rights.
SeaChange Cloud Adrenalin features the fully customizable SeaChange Nitro subscriber experience client for navigation and access to a range of blended entertainment services and apps on PCs, OTT streaming players, and Apple and Android tablets and smartphones. Other components include the SeaChange Adrenalin Business Management Suite for content marketing and asset lifecycle/catalog management, and SeaChange Adrenalin Business Intelligence for content performance reporting, as well as industry-standard Digital Rights Management for device-level authorization, single sign-on with social log-in capabilities and Content Delivery Network integration all put together with qualified, tested and certified partners in the SeaChange Cloud Ecosystem.
