Special sneak preview screenings of Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom take place nationwide in South Africa on Saturday 23 November and Sunday 24 November before the general release of the film.

The film will be screened at the following cinemas on Saturday at 14h00, 17h00 and 20h00; and on Sunday at 14h00 and 17h00 with advance bookings open:

Sanjeev Singh, executive producer of the film and Videovision Entertainment s director of distribution says, There is huge interest in Mandela: Long Walk to Freedom since its premiere in South Africa on 3 November and its subsequent premieres at the White House with President Barack Obama; the US premieres in Los Angeles and New York and at the Kennedy Center in Washington with Hilary Clinton, Colin Powell and Senator John McCain. Hence we have arranged for these public sneak screenings. We are thrilled that South Africans are looking forward to watching the film.
