Scriptwriting support for booming feature industry

South Africa's feature film industry is mushrooming - and, as a result, is in desperate need of good home-grown scripts.

South Africa has a booming film industry with world class technicians, says Mich le Rowe, a noted South African screenwriter. The one area where we lag behind is in the development of skilled screenwriters. In response, All About Writing, the country's foremost creative writing training organisation, has devised a course to teach the essential elements that make up a screenplay, whether for the big screen or television.

The course is run entirely online, with a great deal of personal feedback and individual attention, both written and via skype call.

Mich le Rowe and Richard Beynon, both multiple award-winning scriptwriters, who run the course, have decades of experience in the industry.
