80s superstars to set the mood for Late Late Valentines Special The Late Late Show is calling on the might of the power ballad to help seduce the audience for its annual Valentine s Special.
An audience full of singles are in for a treat on Friday night as The Late Late Showunleashes its secret weapon in the quest for love: a slow set that will set hearts fluttering.
A trio of 80s superstars will unleash their greatest hits as The Late Late Show plays Cupid for more than 200 unlucky-in-love singletons.
Tugging at the heart strings with his biggest hit, Chris de Burgh will be live in studio to set the mood for a night of romance with The Lady in Red'.
Eurovision legend Johnny Logan will bring us the love song that broke a million hearts, Hold Me Now'.

For anyone still holding out for a hero, Queen of the 80s power ballad, the one and onlyBonnie Tyler will be on hand with a very special performance of her enduring hit Total Eclipse of the Heart'.
Late Late Show host Ryan Tubridy will be everyone s wingman on the night with a series of games played out over the course of the evening to help the audience members find their soulmate.
There ll be a panel on the perils of the modern dating game and we ll hear an amazing story of sacrifice and devotion from Ireland s most loved-up couple, chosen from hundreds of entries received by The Late Late Show in the last week.
Dublin footballer Philly McMahon will be sharing his inspirational story of striving for success against all odds.
