Ross Video lanza Ultricool y Ultrix V3.4 en CABSAT 2019 Ultricool es un sistema de refrigeraci n externa en 1RU altamente configurable dise ado para complementar el rendimiento t rmico de los equipos existentes montados en rack en condiciones extremas o en espacios reducidos.
Ross Video coincidiendo con la celebraci n en Dubai del 12 al 14 de marzo de CABSAT 2019, ha presentado dos importantes novedades.
On the one hand, Ultricoola sistema de refrigeraci n externa en 1RU altamente configurable dise ado para complementar el rendimiento t rmico de los equipos existentes montados en rack en condiciones extremas o en espacios reducidos.
Ultricool puede configurarse para proporcionar un flujo de aire direccional de adelante hacia atr s, de adelante hacia la derecha o de adelante hacia la izquierda, dependiendo de los requisitos del equipo. Ofreciendo opciones de control tanto autom tico como manual (a trav s de la plataforma de control DashBoard de Ross Video, anulaci n directa del panel frontal y/o RossTalk), Ultricool asegura que los productos montados en rack funcionen a su temperatura ptima y ayuda a evitar las paradas y reinicios innecesarios que pueden ser causados por el sobrecalentamiento.
Todd Riggs, director de marketing de productos para conectividad de Ross Video, destaca los entornos dif ciles en los que a menudo se pueden encontrar los productos de infraestructura.
Cuando se trata de la producci n en vivo, no todos los productos disfrutan de la vida en el escenario ideal de una sala de rack con mucho aire acondicionado. Nuestros clientes a menudo trabajan en condiciones dif ciles, estrechas y calurosas y necesitan que sus productos funcionen independientemente de la hostilidad del entorno. Los clientes tambi n se encuentran bajo una presi n cada vez mayor para reducir la huella de sus equipos y est n aumentando la potencia de producci n en los bastidores y cajas de vuelo, lo que deja poco espacio para el flujo de aire. Versi n 3.4 de Ultrix En CABSAT 2019 tambi n puede verse la ltima versi n 3.4 de Ultrix, la innovadora plataforma de procesamiento de enrutamiento/AV de Ross Video que puede sustituir hasta cinco racks de productos de infraestructura tradicionales en una nica unidad. La versi n 3.4 es una actualizaci n de firmware (gratuita para todos los clientes de Ultrix) que a ade algunas nuevas e importantes caracter sticas a la suite de soluciones de Ultrix como un panel de control multiviewer para Ultritouch con el control de los dise os, la conmutaci n PIP, la modificaci n de los modos de seguimiento/no seguimiento disponibles directamente desde el panel.
El nuevo firmware incorpora tambi n Ultricore-SNMP, una nueva licencia que permite la monitorizaci n b sica de SNMP en Ultrix. El archivo MIB proporciona las alarmas de trama configurables en Ultrix, as como en las fuentes de alimentaci n y ventiladores.
Destaca tambi n Ultricore DB Wizard. Este asistente permite a los clientes crear asignaciones SRC/DST, Niveles, Asignaciones de cabeceras multipantalla y PIPs r pidamente.
Riggs subraya que Ultrix es una soluci n definida por el software y parte de su valor y atractivo reside en el hecho de que podemos a adir nuevas caracter sticas y funciones sin que los clientes tengan que invertir en hardware adicional.
