inkB!G Awarded 5 Year Contract with Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA)

ThinkB!G LLC, a leader in Adobe technology certification training, eLearning, and responsive web to mobile development in the Baltimore-Washington region, was recently awarded a 5 year contract (including options) with Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) for distribution and management of Adobe Certified Associate (ACA) and Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification vouchers.

ThinkB!G will offer the exams as a Certiport Authorized Testing Center (CATC). Certiport is a PearsonVue company, and a leading provider of performance-based certification exams and practice test solutions for academic institutions, workforce, and corporate technology markets.

Certiport believes in helping every individual in the world earn an industry-recognized certification, and this contract between ThinkB!G and the DoDEA will help many deserving individuals achieve a valued credential, said Aaron Osmond, vice president of the North America region for Certiport. ThinkB!G teaches in-demand workforce skills and certification validates those skills and boosts resumes to prepare individuals for college and career.

The DoDEA provides PK-12 education to approximately 82,000 dependents of military and civilian employees in seven states, twelve foreign countries, Guam, and Puerto Rico. DoDEA's Career and Technical Education program provides students with the opportunity to learn essential skills to transition from school to the workforce, and to demonstrate proficiency by taking industry certification examinations. For years the DoDEA has provided this opportunity for students to certify as a Microsoft Office Specialist, Adobe Certified Associate, Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT), and Comp TIA A+.
