The second Lightstar award ceremony successfully held in Beijing Film Academy, top teachers came to lend their support

Held on the evening of October 30 in Beijing Film Academy Modern Creative Media Institute, After ballots by judges, finally the film Red Dress directed by Liu Zitian, with Li Xuhao severed as director of photography, won Best Film Award and Best Cinematography Award.

The annual Lightstar award , hosted by Photographic Arts and Technology Department of Beijing Film Academy Modern Creative Media Institute, sponsored by Beijing Lightstar electronic Co. Ltd., awarding activity of student creative work on focusing film and photography was attached importance by institute leaders and warmly welcomed by all the faculties and students

The activity was attended by industry outstanding filmmakers, academic specialists, industry companies and relevant colleges, judging was carried out by the domestic well-known directors, photographers, experts and scholars, and encouraged students to create more and better films. It is aim to cultivate and transport the excellent film talents. The first Lightstar Award ceremony successfully held on the 16th Oct.2014,has been paid much attention from industry.

This session Lightstar Award has a strong judge lineup, with a lively discussion, careful and responsible election for the six outstanding student's works, finally selected the Best Film Award,Best Cinematography Award and Best Team Award.

The result of the election has been published, Red Dress directed by Liu Zitian, won the Best Film Award, Cang Qiong Xia De Wo Men directed by Jin Yujia, won the second film award, Lao Dian directed by Zhang Zexin, won the third film award. Best Cinematography Award was won the director of photography of Red Dress,Li Xuhao; xiang yao zai ci yong bao ni with Duan Yunxiao as director of photography, won the second photography award. Lao Dian,with Liu Zitian as director of Photography, won the third photography award.

On 16 Oct the first Lightstar student feature film photography work exhibition and award ceremony of photographic art and technology department modern creative media institute was held in the school's large auditorium of BFA was sponsored by LIGHTSTAR(BEIJING) electronic CO.LTD. The film five-virtue yards was directed by Zhao Lu stand out of 6 short films and won Lightstar gold medal

The Lightstar award had 18 short films in the primary selection, 6 short films were nominated for the final selection. The competitors are senior students of photographic art and technology department, film and photography specialty 2011 session, who are the undergraduate of the first session.

After responsible and careful selection by judges, the short film five-virtue yard was directed by Zhao Lu and with served Wang ZeXin as director of photography won the gold medal. The short film huolu was directed by Wang Si Cong with served Liu BeiEr as director of photography won the silver medal. The short film Xuanyashangdetiantang was directed by Gong Ji Wei and served as Huang Wei He as director of photographer won the bronze medal. The Best cameramen award won by director photography Wang Ze Xin..The best team award was selected by the contest, and won the award by the group of Liu Beier, Sun Wen, Wang Pen, Dai Oulun, Zhang Jin Xin and Wang Si Cong. They creative the three short films huolu,rensheng and zhiyan to enter the final selection, The group juries affirmed their team-work spirit.

The group juries Lightstar award have a strong lineup. The members of the group juries is professor of Beijing film academy, president of the Chinese film and television photographers society, famous director Mu De Yuan, Beijing film academy professor, famous film lighting division Cai Quan Yong, dean of shanghai theatre academy photography department, famous film photographer Hou Yong, Famous dean of Beijing film academy photography department Wang Jing, Chinese film equipment CO.LTD. XINGGUANGYINMEI culture and media CO.LTD. Arri China branch and other else sponsors.

The dean of photographic art and technology department Gong Ru Mei dean of Beijing film academy modern creation media institution Wang Hong Hai and the general director of Lightstar electronic co.ltd. The famous director and photographer Miao De Yuan summarized after the award ceremony. He fully affirmed the achievements of Beijing film academy modern creation media institution in 3 years, encouraged the students to creative more and more better films.

The gold prize was 200w par light and spare parts with value11600 RMB and sponsored by Lightstar electronic CO LTD Xing Guang Yin Mei culture and media CO LTD sponsored 1000RMB equipment voucher, the silver prize was 120w led and sponsored by Lightstar electronic CO LTD. Xingguangyinmei CO LTD. provided 3000RMB equipment voucher. The best photography award was 3000rmb imported dedolight compact and sponsored by Chinese film equipment company.
