NETFLIX TO LAUNCH ROMANTIC COMEDY AS ITS NEXT FRENCH ORIGINAL SERIES

Set in modern day Paris, the eight-episode romantic comedy series follows a group of friends who rally around their perpetually single girlfriend Elsa, who cant seem to figure out why she is so unlucky in love. In a misguided attempt to build back Elsas confidence, they hire a male escort to renew Elsas faith in dating, relationships and finding love.

Based on an original idea from British writer Chris Lang, this original half-hour series is directed by No mie Saglio (Connasse, Princesse des coeurs) and French executive producers Anne Thomopoulos (Rome; Versailles) and Fran ois Florentiny. Lang serves as executive producer and head writer along with Julien Teisseire as additional writer. No mie Saglio will also participate in the writing.
